The Longshore Newsletter is the only publication devoted to the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions. The interpretation of the Longshore Act continually changes long-established rules concerning jurisdiction, settlements, and third party claims. The Longshore Newsletter is the only regularly-published source analyzing all important cases – state, federal and BRB – involving the Act.
